Buyer will ensure that the returned items are received in pre-sale condition.

A refund on the original purchase less Paypal and/or Shopify fees may be made upon receipt of items returned in pre-sale condition.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged During Shipping:

Neutral Good Books is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Neutral Good Books is not responsible for damage to items incurred during shipping.

I make every effort to providing solid, secure and protective packing methods.
I want you to get your item as much as you want to receive it.

Refunds:

I will notify you once I've received and inspected any returned items.
